Please read these rules carefully before creating an account or using ci77 services — this is the basis of the agreement between you and us.
This document forms a legal agreement between the ci77 platform and its users. By registering on ci77 or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in full. 1. Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms used in these rules and conditions have the meanings set out below:
1.1 "Platform" or "ci77"
"Platform" refers to the ci77 website, mobile version, and all digital services provided through ci77, including online gaming, sports betting, and related entertainment services.
1.2 "User" or "Member"
"User" refers to any individual registered on the ci77 platform who is using or has registered to use our services.
1.3 "Account"
"Account" refers to the individual and personal profile created on the ci77 platform for each user, through which they can access services, deposit funds, and make withdrawals.
1.4 "Currency"
All financial transactions on the ci77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on the ci77 platform, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.
- Register after reading and accepting these terms in full.
- Not register from any region or country where online gaming is entirely prohibited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ci77 reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. ci77 reserves the right to cancel any account and forfeit any winnings earned if false or incomplete information is provided.
3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
ci77 is a responsible gaming platform. We are committed to ensuring that only legally eligible individuals can use our services.
3.1 Identity Verification Process (KYC)
At any time, and particularly before processing a withdrawal request, ci77 may ask for the following documents to verify a user's identity:
- A clear copy of the National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of age document
- Proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used
3.2 Pending Verification
Until identity verification is complete, ci77 reserves the right to delay or suspend processing of any withdrawal request.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted on the ci77 platform:

- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)
4.2 Minimum Limits
Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable to all payment methods). Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
4.3 Processing Time
For fully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In exceptional circumstances, it may take longer.
4.4 Account Ownership
The owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same person as the ci77 account holder. Financial transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ci77 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may use each promotional offer only once.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- Game-specific restrictions may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
- Violating any promotional terms may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- ci77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
ci77's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback benefits start at a weekly maximum of 0.3% at the Bronze tier and go up to a weekly maximum of 1.5% at the Diamond tier. Tier progression depends on regular activity and participation on the platform.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
ci77 operates under a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical fault, ci77 will determine the game outcome based on the data recorded in its system. If a game remains incomplete, the bet amount for that game will be refunded.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are stated on each game's individual page. ci77 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.4 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled unless ci77 determines otherwise for specific reasons.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ci77 platform:
7.1 Financial Prohibitions
- Using the platform for money laundering or legitimizing funds from illegal sources.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's funds.
- Misuse of chargebacks or fraudulent payment methods.
7.2 Account-Related Prohibitions
- Creating or using multiple accounts.
- Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person.
7.3 Gaming-Related Prohibitions
- Use of bots, automated software, or any form of technical manipulation.
- Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Gaining unfair advantage through collusion or coordination with other players.
- Using multiple accounts or identities to exploit the bonus system.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 ci77's Rights
ci77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Providing false information during identity verification.
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.
- Carrying out prohibited activities.
- Engaging in harassing behavior toward other users.
8.2 User Rights
A user may voluntarily close their account at any time. Requests to close an account must be submitted through the support channel. Valid winnings and balances will be returned after appropriate verification.
8.3 Long-Term Inactive Accounts
After a long period of inactivity, an account may be marked as inactive. In that case, ci77 will attempt to notify the user through their registered contact information.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
ci77 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology.
9.1 Purpose of Data Collection
Information collected at the time of registration and afterward is used for the following purposes:
- Identity and age verification.
- Processing financial transactions.
- Compliance with applicable regulations.
